Quality and safety have always been paramount to UKF. Our safety policies are designed to meet the ever-increasing standards demanded by our customers.

Quality produce UKF works closely with their suppliers in order to achieve the safe and strict industry and customer standards and accreditations. Produce is checked thoroughly at each stage throughout the whole process, from receipt to sales ensuring it adheres and complies with all legal regulations. The majority of our growers are GLOBALGAP certified, validating their commitment to good agricultural practices.
Security In addition to established quality control procedures, UKF follows a HACCP system. HACCP is the implementation of a system designed to manage and control the risk areas within the food production chain. UKF also has systems in place to be able to give traceability back to producer.
Quality System UKF is certified to the ISO 9001-9002 standard, since 2002.
Achieving this certification shows the commitment of our business to ensure our customers' needs and requirements. We continue to improve our standards to be at the forefront in our industry.
In addition, UKF has a commitment to adhere to the guidelines outlined by the FEL partnership. This insures that all our produce has full traceability records and complies with strict food safety measures.
We also are Organic certified by Ecocert (F32600), and Fair Trade (FLO).
